Problem: Outlook 2011 crashes constantly and is not stable. This will occur in a AD environment within most large
enterprises.
Solution: Delete the MUD folder, which is the Microsoft User Data folder. This folder will re-create itself automatically so don't worry. Please also take into account the naming convention of your domain environment, this is very important because if looks like this "Domain\Username" which translates into say NHLBI\mbeckman it is best to use this naming convention because if you just put the user name in you will have problems.
